A Dog Park For Needham?

For you Needham dog lovers out there, there is a budding movement to establish a dog park here in Needham. 

Dedham has established one (right on 135 just past the highway) on a temporary basis while they finalize plans for a more permanent home across town.  I've taken my dog (golden retriever Abby) there and she really enjoys running around with the other dogs. 

Here in Needham, the process is just getting started, but at this point it looks like the nike site (accessible from Ridge Hill) behind the Needham Community Farm, is a good option. Mike Verdun has taken the lead, so if you know him say thanks.
