Just how much traffic do you expect at this site??
It will be just like any liquor store in town as far as foot traffic.
It's not ever going to be like Walmart on the first of the month,, Think more of a Starbucks.

That will all fall into place just like alcohol did.as far as where it came from etc. , Just like alcohol.
As far as property prices,, how many people do you know who grow their own tomatoes?? Same thing, MOST people go to the store for convenience. You are not going to see fields of Marijuana in your neighborhoods.
Growing Marijuana is not as easy as most would think.
How many people do you know who grow their own tobacco or brew their on beer??
