My name is Michael Cohen and I am a Realtor with Prudential Advantage Real Estate in Needham.  I am also a resident of Needham so I am very much in touch with what’s happening in the Needham real estate scene.  Needham is not the only town I am familiar with though.  I’ve lived almost my entire life in the Metrowest area and I am very knowledgeable about many of its towns like Newton, Wellesley, and Natick just to name a few.

As a Realtor, I have a long and successful track record of marketing properties for sellers and also connecting buyers with the right homes.  In my first year as an agent, I was named Prudential Prime Properties Advantage's "Rookie of the Year" beating out several other agents for the honor.  More recently, I was named to the Prudential 2010 Honor Society due to my high level of performance and I was also was certified by Prudential as a "Fine Homes Specialist" for my work in the upper price points of Needham.  I have an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Suffolk University.  Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent my days providing award-winning service to my clients at Fidelity Investments.  I know what it takes to get your home sold and I know how to make finding a home a pleasant experience.
