I live in Needham with my wife and two children and have lived and worked in the Boston Metro area since 1977.   The first 23 years were spent in the computer software industry where I helped develop the first commerically successful word processor and spreadsheet programs for Wang Laboratores, Leading Edge Products and Lotus Development Corporation. The Leading Edge Word Processor was created right here in Needham in 1982.

As an avid gardener I support many local causes including the Needham Community Farm, The Neighborhood Farm, The Green Needham Collaborative and I am a member of Arnold Arboretum, Mass Audobon Society, Mass Horticultural Society, Broadmeadow School Garden Committee and the League of Womens Voters Water Resource Committee.
