It is Patriots' Day here in Massachusetts, which means one tax deadline is pushed off a day. However, another is not. Federal tax returns are due today, April 15. Massachusetts residents have an extra day to file their state returns, as the state tax deadline has been extended due to the Patriots' Day holiday. The state deadline is Tuesday, April 16, according to the state government website.
