Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 6, and Needham Patch is devoted to bringing you the information you need about every race in town.  Below, you'll find guides to polling locations, special procedures for Needham's special election, summaries of state and local issues, a quick look at the various races and other important information you'll need to navigate Election Day. Needham Groups To Hold Forum on Question 2

Citizens are invited to come hear more about a ballot issue that would allow physicians to prescribe medication to end life.

To help voters prepare for Question 2 on the Nov. 6 ballot—whether terminally ill patients should be allowed to end their life with doctor-prescribed medications— the Needham Lyceum of First Parish and the League of Women Voters are co-sponsoring an informational forum on Sunday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. in the Meetinghouse of First Parish in Needham. For many, the question raises deeply personal and challenging moral and ethical questions. Two speakers will present their opposing views: Kevin Kozin, MTS, LICSW, a representative from Dignity 2012 who is in favor of the ballot initiative, and Jane A Driver, MD, MPD, a representative from the Committee Against Physician-Assisted Suicide who is opposed.
