I Told Them Not to Park Their Car in the Way of My Golf Swing At the Hersey upper parking lot, Needham Police responded to look into possible vandalism on a vehicle parked in the lot at midday. Prescription for Arrest A customer at a CVS Pharmacy in Wellesley attempted to fill a questionable prescription on March 23, police said. The pharmacist identified a woman at the store, and told police that something seemed incorrect about the scrip she was trying to fill. The woman was ultimately found to have an outstanding warrant from Milford District Court for uttering a false prescription. She was arrested. http://patch.com/A-3l9X Dude, Where's My Car? A woman in Needham on March 23 had an argument with her boyfriend early one morning, and wanted her car returned home. This Line is Recorded A Great Plain Avenue business in Needham reported threats. Upon arriving, police spoke to an employee, who said a customer made threats overnight while talking to customer service. Customer service calls are recorded. Don't Drink and Drive, Especially into a Police Cruiser On March 6, as a Wellesley police cruiser was overseeing a detail on Rte. 9 Eastbound with a National Grid crew. The officer and cruiser were behind a cone cordon on the work site, when another vehicle drove into the cordoned-off area and into the police cruiser. Both the driver and the officer were transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital. The responding officer determined a virus from a porn site the resident was surfing infected the computer. Police advised the person to put a fraud alert on the card and tell financial institutions about it. Man Tries to Bail Someone Out, Gets Arrested Himself Never a good idea to show up blitzed at the police department. A Newton man was arrested after he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol. According to reports, police were called to the lobby of Newton Police Headquarters for a possibly intoxicated man looking to bail someone out. Police said the man smelled strongly of alcohol, had glassy eyes and appeared unsteady on his feet. He also had to grab the front desk to steady himself,reports said. After giving the man a field sobriety test, he was placed under arrest.
