Aly Raisman and Teammates to be Inducted into USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame
The Fierce Five induction will take place in August.
Aly Raisman and her 'Fierce Five' teammates — McKayla Maroney, Kyla Ross, Gabby Douglas and Jordyn Wieber — this summer will get ushered into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame. The Needham native, who trained at Brestyan's American Gymnastics Club in Burlington, was captain of the gold medal-winning US Women's Gymnastics team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, along with individually winning a gold medal on the floor and bronze medal on the balance beam. The Fierce Five will be inducted in August during the 2013 U.S. Championships and USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show which will take place in Hartford, Connecticut.
