Police Log: A String of Vehicle Break-Ins

Needham Police officials are currently investigating various vehicle break-ins that took place this past week. The following are items that are noted in police reports. Police responded to an Arnold St. home for a report of a larceny at 6:13 a.m. on Sept. 7. The reporting party stated that a GPS unit had been taken from an unlocked motor vehicle sometime overnight. The woman told police that she also believed her husband’s iPod Touch was stolen from his vehicle overnight in May. The woman said that the vehicle at that time was unlocked and that the incident had not been reported to police.
