The 2012 Holiday Book List

Books make great holiday gifts. Give your loved ones these books as stocking stuffers this holiday season.

Must-Reads From the 2012 Mass Book Awards

The Massachusetts Book Awards list for 2012 includes some of the year's best-selling titles.

Thanks to the hustle and bustle of the school year and our busy work weeks, we don't always have time to pick up a book and read. But now that summer is here and in full swing, we have some extra time and we're taking advantage!  As part of our Woburn Patch summer reading guide, we look at the Massachusetts Book Awards Lists for 2012, as determined by the Mass Center for the Book. What's On NHS's 2012 Summer Reading List?

Here's a quick look at required reading for Needham students going into grades 9-12.

Needham Public Schools are out for the summer on Tuesday, June 19, but that doesn't mean the students are completely off the hook. Like most schools these days, Needham High School requires students to pick up a book or two over the summer to keep their minds sharp and prepare them for the next grade level when they return to school in the fall. Below is a look at the books Needham High School students should be reading this summer, 2012, courtesy of the school website, nhs.needham.k12.ma.us.
