As temperatures in Needham and throughout the region began to drop to a more average level for the month of December on Wednesday, Massachusetts State Police issued a warning about driving in poor weather conditions. The warning comes after the National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook and a flood watch for most of the state, including Needham and much of Norfolk County, on Wednesday.
