Drivers can expect significant delays on Route 128 north and south after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Newton this morning.

[Original Story] More than three hours after a pedestrian was struck and killed on Route 128 in Newton, traffic is still backed up in the north and southbound lanes of the highway. Route 128 south appears to still be at a standstill between Burlington (Route 3) and Newton, according to Google Maps traffic.
