I Told Them Not to Park Their Car in the Way of My Golf Swing At the Hersey upper parking lot, Needham Police responded to look into possible vandalism on a vehicle parked in the lot at midday. Police believe that the broken driver's side window was caused by "an errant golf ball," according to their report: http://patch.com/A-4y7w How Many Police Does It Take to Turn a Truck? An oversized vehicle was having difficulties with a turn from Manning Street onto Hemlock Road. With the help of several Needham Police units, the vehicle was guided onto Hemlock and to its destination. Hit-and-run crash with a fleeing driver, according to reports.
A driver involved in a crash is fleeing the scene of a crash, on foot, according to scanner reports. Somewhere in the Webster Street/Hoover Road area, police received a report of a hit-and-run crash, with the driver fleeing the scene on foot. Police are chasing the driver. According to those reports, the vehicle is registered to an address on nearby Donna road.
