As we approach this year’s town election, I am writing to ask the voters’ consideration for Planning Board candidate Artie Crocker. Artie grew up in Needham, has raised a family here, and runs his own small graphic arts business in town. As a volunteer in civic activities and town government, he has demonstrated extraordinary energy and commitment to our community. Liz is a productive and thoughtful member of the CEA and has been instrumental in some of our most important initiatives including the rezoning and rebranding of Needham Crossing that has already provided a positive impact to Needham. I have been active on several Needham organizations, including Town Meeting, the Needham Council of Economic Advisors (CEA), the Needham Business Association, and the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham Board of Advisors.
