UPDATED: Roll Over Crash Injures Several during Multi Car Accident on Rte. 128 in Needham
Ambulances are responding for reports of multiple injuries from the accident near Highland Avenue.
[UPDATED Jan. 18, 6:28 p.m.] Massachusetts State Police report that six people injured in this afternoon's accident on Rte. 128 suffered minor injuries but were taken to hospital for precautionary reasons. The accident occured between exits 19A and 19B (Highland Avenue) and included multiple cars, but the injuries took place in two vehicles - a 2003 Honda and a 2009 Honda, according to Trooper Kenneth Gaetz, spokesman for the State Police. "A total of six people went to hospital with minor injuries," Gaetz said. "One of the cars rolled over."
