The Business Association's annual event was held Saturday on the Town Common.

Like the Street Fair last spring, the Needham Business Association's annual Harvest Fair and Souper Bowl has returned to the Town Common after being moved temporarily to Memorial Park during the renovations of Needham Town Hall. The fall festival was held on Saturday, Oct. 6, and brought together local businesses, organizations, musicians, artisans and residents for a day of fun, fellowship and great fall food. Under the Souper Bowl tent, visitors could sample soups from various restaurants and kitchens in Needham and vote for their favorite. On the front steps of Town Hall, musicians and dancers performed for the crowds, and businesses and organizations offered a look at their wares and services at booths set up throughout the Town Common…

Needham Roche Bros. To Host 60th Anniversary Party

The Chestnut Street grocery store will celebrate its big milestone with family fun this weekend.

Roche Bros. in Needham is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and as part of the festivities, the Chestnut Street store in Needham will be having an in-store celebration this weekend with fun for the whole family. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 and Sunday, Sept. 30, there will be gift basket raffles, refreshments, visits by the Danger Ranger characters and, of course, a "Happy 60th" birthday cake for everyone to enjoy. Drop by the store at 377 Chestnut St. and join in the celebration.
