Planning Board member Jeanne McKnight provided a brief history of affordable housing Chapter 40B legislation for the Needham Heights Neighborhood Association on Monday evening, highlighting some of the past 40B projects in Needham and discussing recent changes to the legislation that had taken control out of the hands of the local Zoning Board of Appeals.
