Owner Bert Wikstrom has been running Three Crown Jewelry with his wife Sandy for some 20 years at the same location. The store is focused on watch and clock repair, something that Wikstrom says is much overlooked in today's shopping climate, where you can pick up a watch at practically any store, from the mall to the gas station. Three Crown is a member of the Needham Business Association and the Small Business Service Bureau, and though its shelves appear somewhat sparse, that's only because the hard work is going on behind the scenes. Wikstrom says watch repair is going out of style, and his store is the only one in the area, because younger people today choose to throw away rather than fix their timepieces. Three Crown Jewlers...is saying it lightly...it ought to be named million crown jewelers!!! I found this spot as my Dad had a Rolex fixed there years ago at about 1/20 of the cost of sending it to Rolex. When my Dad passed away the watch needed to be fixed as it got damaged. I cold not afford a lot but really wanted this watch fixed...Bert did a tremendous job!!! He has since fixed my other rolex and 3 Tag Heuer watches for me.
All of theses watches t send out would have cost a lot more and Bert does it without any fanfare!!! By far and away the best experience i have ever had with watch repair!!!!

Bert is a craftsman of the old school, pleasant, competent and reliable, Will attend to things promptly if you tell him, otherwise it may wait in the wings for a while but worth the wait.
