I took my car to several shops and received various diagnosis of AC problems, usually accompanied by head scratching by the mechanics, high estimates of costs, and usually recommending new freon among other the other expensive repairs. Art's fixed the problem, for 25% of other estimates, and did not sell me new freon, 'though he could have and I wouldn't have known any better. He even explained why I did not need it. Highly recommend this shop!
