3. Governor Patrick to visit TripAdvisor groundbreaking

Governor Patrick will celebrate the success of public-private partnerships at the groundbreaking of TripAdvisor’s new global headquarters at 310 First Ave., Needham 10:15 a.m.

5. New Years Needham Committee meeting

The New Years Needham Committee will hold a meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5 in the Selectmen’s Chambers of Town Hall. On the agenda is the button graphic, performer information, Town Common lighting and more.
