Tops on the Ice: Needham Native Now Head Hockey Coach
Needham native takes top coach spot for the hockey team.
Jamie O'Leary's the new head hockey coach at Needham High School, according to ESPN. O'Leary is a native of Needham, and the grandson of John Chambers, who also coached the Rockets. He'll replace Mike Bertoni, who resigned.
The Boston Herald reported that O'Leary was the team's assistant coach during the 2012-2013 season, and played at St. Sebastian's before heading over to Boston College. At BC, he was assistant captain and also named "most outstanding senior athlete."
