John Fountain hosts "Fine Dining in Needham" for The Needham Channel. In this episode, Fountain talks with The Center Cafe owners Steve Waller and Vanessa Cortesi.
The restaurant, which opened in March 2010, specializes in fine New England cuisine in a casual setting. The menu changes seasonally and is designed by Cortesi, who is the executive chef.
They also have an In Home Cooking Coach program where a chef will come to your house and teach you to make fabulous dishes of your own.
Cafe hours are Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 to 9 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday 5 to 9:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed Mondays.
