Needham Resident Receives Babson College Cruickshank Alumni Leadership Award

Amy Reich Weil has received the Babson College Cruickshank Alumni Leadership Award, presented in recognition of her commitment and contributions to Babson College over the past 20 years.

Weil is a founder and partner at the law firm of Kertzman & Weil, LLP, in Wellesley that specializes in real estate law. She serves as adjunct faculty in the Babson accounting and law division, teaching business law. 

She is a resident of Needham and a 1987 graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and communications and a 1992 graduate Suffolk University Law School Juris Doctor. She is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is a former member of the executive board of the Babson College Alumni Association. Weil is currently vice chair of the Babson Board of Overseers.

The Cruickshank Alumni Leadership Award recipient shall have:

 • Demonstrated five or more years of continuous contributions as an alumnus/a volunteer for the College

• Exhibited exemplary leadership and teamwork qualities

• Acted as a role model embodying the spirit and ideals of the College

The Babson Alumni Leadership Awards are presented by the Babson Alumni Association (BAA) annually in the fall, during Back to Babson reunion and homecoming weekend. Through the Alumni Leadership Awards, the BAA looks to reward alumni, parents, friends and faculty and staff who have actively given their time and talent to the Babson Community.
