Fantini & Gorga, a mortgage banking firm, placed $4.6 million in construction financing for Webster Street Green, a 10-unit townhouse condominium project.
According to NEREJ.com, the equity portion of the financing was placed with a private investment fund, and the debt with a regional bank.
Webster Street Green contains 10 two and three-bedroom units with garages containing 2,100 to 2,500 square feet of living space.
