Upcoming Hearing on Needham Odd/Even Water Ban

If your lawn is looking a little dry, and you want to know why, you can ask all of your questions later this month.

Earlier this week, Needham officials released information about an odd/even water ban. The restriction does not just apply to watering your lawn, but to washing your car or driveway. The decision was made at a June 26 meeting, and is in effect until Sept. 30.

For those with questions--and some of our readers had questions--the Selectmen will hold a hearing at the July 16 meeting at Town Hall, 7 p.m. to share information about this ban.

[Correction] A previous version of this article indicated that the ban applies until June 30, and not Sept. 30, which is correct. This has been updated.
