Needham Offering Flu Clinics Next Week

The Needham Public Health Department offers seasonal flu shots every year, and this year is no different. 

The first appointment-only clinic is on October 1, at Town Hall. Flu shot clinics are open to local residents ages 18 and older. Those most at risk for complications from the flu are young children, people 65 and older, pregnant women, and people with chronic medical conditions can have serious complications from the flu. 

This clinic is by appointment only. For more information or to make an appointment, call the Health Department at 781-455-7500 ext. 511.

If you go, bring your insurance or Medicare cards to the clinic.

The town has announced additional flu clinics on October 10 from 10 a.m. to noon, and October 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. These will also be at Powers Hall at Town Hall.
