The Board of Selectmen are seeking candidates who are interested in serving on the Council on Aging, as posted on the town's website.
There is one vacancy available at this time. The Council on Aging is the town’s general oversight board for matters affecting elders, and works directly with department staff and other town agencies on a wide range of programs and issues. Committee meetings are at least monthly from September through June, and more often as necessary. Interested individuals must be registered voters in the Town. Members to this Council are appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
