Elizabeth Warren Visits Needham

Candidate for U.S. Senate dropped by Fresco on Friday, April 13.

 

Elizabeth Warren, candidate for U.S. Senate, dropped by Needham on Friday, April 13 to meet with residents at on Chapel Street.

Earlier in the day, Warren secured her spot on the fall ballot by delivering 28,378 certified signatures—well above the required 10,000—to the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office, according to a press release from her campaign.

"Our supporters worked their hearts out and went above and beyond collecting more than 28,000 signatures, securing a place on the ballot and spreading what our campaign is all about," Warren said in the press release. "I could not be prouder of our team or more energized by the strength of our grassroots movement."
