Walpole Woman Dead in Early Morning Crash on I-95


A Walpole woman has died in a fatal accident on Route 95 in Needham. 

According to the Mass State Police, Sally C. White, 22, of Walpole, died in the single-car crash on I-95 in Needham, just prior to Exit 19B in Needham. 

At approximately 2:15 a.m. Saturday, state troopers responded to the scene of the crash and found a 2004 Honda Civic that had left the road to the right side, and struck the train bridge to north of Kendrick Street.

White was identified as the only occupant of the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

According to the state police, the facts and circumstances of the crash are currently under investigation by troopers from the State Police Framingham Barracks.  State Police Troop H Detectives, State Police Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section (CARS), State Police Crime Scene Services Section (CSSS), Needham Fire/EMS Departments, State Medical Examiner’s Office, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation assisted at the scene.
