Police need to stop the children from playing in Norfolk st. The parents are so stupid they stand there and and just chat instead of controling there children. These young kids ride their bikes on the middle of the street and run back and forth across the street. And the parents do nothing. Just a matter of time till one of these kids end up in a body bag.
