Thursday, Dec. 27 

  • At about 4 p.m., police responded to a hit-and-run crash where a tractor trailer unit had hit and knocked over a traffic light. The driver then continued without stopping, but a witness was able to get a description of the vehicle. Police are investigating the matter.

  • A Great Plain Ave address reported a hit-and-run crash at about 11:30 a.m. Police responded and spoke with people involved.
