Obituary from Levine Chapel:
Phyllis (Stern) Fishman, 58, of Pompano Beach, Fla., formerly of Littleton, Colo. and Needham, died Nov. 30, 2013.
She was daughter of Annette Stern and the late Simon Stern.
For 35 years, she was wife of Alan R. Fishman.
She leaves her children Melissa Jill Reffel and her husband John and Jessica Lyn Fishman; her grandchildren Sabrina and Cheyenne; and her siblings Renee Bastian and her husband David, Helen Stern and Harvey Stern and his wife Leslie.
Services will be at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Following the burial at Beth El Cemetery, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury, memorial observance will be at the home of Rick & Ellyn Penn through 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice.
