Carol J. (Jacobberger) Hobart, of Needham, died Jan. 4, 2014.
She leaves her companion of Frank D. Rogers; her children Deborah Ramrath and her husband Joseph of Needham, Lisa D. Hobart and her husband Glenn Duquette of Roslindale andCheryl Umana and her husband Michael of Needham; her grandchildren Maria and Rebecca Ramrath, Elizabeth Cook and Christopher and Emily Umana; her sister Patricia Jacobberger Jellison of Arlington, Va.; her sister-in-law Tanya Jacobberger of Ariz.; her several nieces and nephews; and her former husband Max Hobart and his wife Pattison Story and their son Alexander of Wellesley. She was preceded in death by her brothers Gerard and Robert "Jake" Jacobberger.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., Needham, Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, Needham at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. Interment in Needham Cemetery.
