Adelaide (Gross) "Ditto" Rudberg, 79, of Stuart, Fla., formerly of Needham, passed away Jan. 21, 2014.

She was wife of the late John S. Rudberg.

Adelaide was a graduate of Dana Hall School and Smith College. She was later employed by C. S. Rudberg Shoe Pattern Manufacturing, Inc. and Logue Associates. She was a member for many years of Brae Burn Country Club, Newton, and Mariner Sands Country Club, Stuart, Fla. 

She is survived by her children, John S. Rudberg Jr. of Needham, Dale R. Criniti of Bedford, Glenn L. Rudberg and his wife Jayne of Cape Elizabeth, Maine and Scott T. Rudberg and his wife Laura of Newton; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Stephen, Claire, Michaela, Kirsten, Melissa, Annaliese, Jack and Charlotte; and her sister and brothers-in-law, Joan and Robert Lavin of Duxbury and Weston Adams of Bonita Springs, Fla. and Northport, Mich. She was preceded in death by her siblings,  Boone Gross, Jr., Julie Adams of Bonita Springs, FL and Northport, Mich. and Gregory Gross of Burlington.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 258 Concord St., Newton, at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan 31.
