Anyone can learn how to Train Like a Boxer!

When I first started to exercise I had never done a pull-up and had never seen a boxing ring beyond those shown in the "Rocky" movies. I was overweight at a time when being a “chubby kid” was not as acceptable as it is today. I never excelled at sports and I spent many days terrified of gym class: those ropes I couldn’t climb and the pull-up's I could not do. I never completed a single pull-up my entire adolescent life! It is a regret I will always have, but one that motivates me to this very day. Today I can not only do multiple pull-up's, but I can do a one-handed pull-up, a corn-cob pull-up and push-up's balanced on four medicine balls! I can run faster, train harder and most importantly, confidently approach life. I have achieved balanced wellness in my life, training and nutrition.
