Next week is April Vacation, and if you're looking for a way to keep the kids busy, one option is to send them to Vacation Bible School at

The offers fun activities each day with lessons about living a Christian life. As part of this year’s theme of “Kingdom of the Son: A Prayer Safari,” kids ages 3 through sixth grade will create safari crafts, play exciting games, participate in meaningful community service and sing upbeat songs. 

The program will run from Tuesday, April 17 through Friday, April 20 from 8:30 a.m. to noon each day. Cost is $15 per day for morning activities. An option to stay for lunch from 12-1 p.m. is available for $5 per day. There is also an extended-day option for kids to stay until 6 p.m. for supervised childcare, for an additional $20 per day. Additional children in each family will receive a 50 percent discount. Scholarships are available.
