The Neponset Valley Humane Society's 18th annual Walk for Animals Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, May 20 at Borderland State Park in North Easton. The walk is about 3 miles through beautiful and serene well-marked wooded trails.
Register any time between 9:30 and 11 a.m., then begin the walk at your leisure. Bring the entire family, including your friendly, vaccinated dog, and walk to save lives. Neponset Valley Humane Society volunteers work tirelessly to rescue abandoned and abused pets and to educate the public about the link between spay/neuter and ending this tragic pet overpopulation problem.
The annual walk is a very important fundraiser for NVHS. This year the raffles will include Red Sox tickets. Walkers with the most sponsors win a restaurant gift certificate. Any walker with a minimum $30 in sponsor money gets a free NVHS T-shirt. White Whiskers Pet Photography will be offering professional photos of your dog in this idyllic setting for purchase.
Details and sponsor forms are available by calling 781-769-1990 or e-mailing email@example.com.
