WHAT: Lenore
Jackson-Pope, Manager of Medical and Research Education for the
Massachusetts/NH Alzheimer’s Association, will share the latest findings on Alzheimer’s
disease and related memory disorders.
The
event takes place during National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month. While in
recent years, deaths from heart disease, stroke and cancer have declined, those
from Alzheimer’s Disease have increased. Jackson-Pope explains what can be done
and what is being done to create a world without Alzheimer’s.
