Lacrosse Skills Training

Description - 

(Grouped by age 12-14 Tuesdays and Saturdays - 15-18 Thursdays and Saturdays)


The skills hour will focus on fine tuning your shots, feeds, dodges, and defensive mechanics, as well as simulated game situations that will get you to make the right play correctly without hesitation.

(Ages 12 to 18)

The Strengthening hour will consist of an exercise routine designed to strengthen and improve performance of the primary muscle groups involved with the sport of lacrosse.  Maintenance and prevention of common injuries associated with lacrosse.

(Ages 15 to 18 only)

Times:

Ages 12-14 


Tuesday's 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm


Saturday's 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm


Ages 15-18


Thursday's 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm


Saturday's 3:45 pm - 5:45 pm


Groups Limited to 12 Athletes
