We are happy to announce a few tickets for our next cooking class are still available. Chef Todd’s last classes on hearty winter cooking went very smooth, so we are going to let him out of the kitchen again!

This time he is planning another winter menu, but with a little healthier twist. The last class demonstrated how to make a winter Citrus Salad, Braised Beef with Mashed Potatoes and Wheatberry Stew, with Lemon Curd Cakes for dessert. We will be posting some of the recipes, photos, and maybe even video of this class soon so you can get an idea of how tasty a night it can be.

This time expect similar, five dishes start to finish with the freshest ingredients available to him that day. He’ll lead a small group of 25 of you through them from beginning to end and then to be sure you get the right result when you take it to your own kitchen you will be served a portion to taste it.

We are also adding the option to purchase a wine pairing with this class. Three glasses will be paired to match the dishes and keep you happy while Todd teaches you some techniques.

It makes a perfect Valentines Gift as well, you and your sweetie can sidle up to a night of cooking and wine and then after you know all the tricks can go home and make dinner for each other once in a while!

This class will be held February 16 from 6-8 pm. Seats are $50 each, with an additional $15 for wine. Please reserve by calling the farm at 781-444-2351.
