Pet of the Week: Tom and Gerry

Pair of feline sisters looking for a loving home.

We are a beautiful duo named Thomasina (Tom) and Geraldine (Gerry). We are seven-year-old sisters and would love to stay together. We were surrendered to the shelter because our owner suddenly became allergic to us and could no longer care for us. We were both declawed as kittens and have never been outside. Since we are declawed we will need to be strictly indoor cats. If we go outside we will have nothing to defend ourselves and no way to escape up a tree if being chased by a predator.

Gerry is a short-haired torbie and Tom is a short-haired tabby. We are both very cute and cuddly. It would be beneficial for us to be placed on a low calorie food as we are a little plump. Neither of us have been around other animals and would do best as only pets. We love to explore and check out new surroundings. We have both adjusted well in the shelter and would do well in a new home.

If you are interested in a bonded, adorable and affectionate pair of sisters, please call the shelter at 781-326-0729 or stop by to visit. We are both spayed, declawed, up-to-date on vaccines and healthy.
