Five Things You Need to Know Today: November 21

Five things for the art-lovers, the laser taggers and the hearty laughers.

1. The National Weather Service predicts that today will have highs of 50ºF and 34ºF lows, and it will be mostly cloudy throughout the day and evening.

2. Boston Sports Clubs in Wellesley are saying that, because  today. Starting at at 7 a.m., you can leave your kids there for as swimming, laser tag, sports, crafts and more. It's also running Friday, but not Thanksgiving. Call at 781-263-5800 to find out more.

3. Local art and local exhibits are on display at the Needham Free Public Library. Come and see the Art Exhibit at Needham Library, running all day today--and it's free. Visit www.needhamma.gov/library or call 781-455-7559 for more info.

4. Laughter, they say, is the best medicine. To that end, Westwoods Center holds a regular Westwood Laughter Circle, which all are welcome. Starting with simulated laughter, you end up laughing anyway, and getting some health benefits. It costs $10 per person, $5 per child, and starts at 7:30 p.m.

5. If you have a picture that you want to share with the town--anything, be it a beautiful shot of a local spot, or something from a recent event or run, then feel free to toss it up on the Needham Pics & Clips gallery, or into the Announcements section.
