Five Things You Need to Know Today: November 19

Flu shots and job searches make up the day's Five Things.

1. Sunny day, mostly clear night, and temperatures between 49ºF and 26ºF make up the forecast from the National Weather Service for today

2. If you're feeling like a transition is needed, then perhaps you should swing by the  Transitions Needham: Job Search Support at the Presbyterian Church in Needham. It kicks off at 9 a.m. with coffee and a chat.

3. With the weather getting colder, it is starting to feel a lot like flu season. Th Charles River YMCA (on Chestnut Street in Needham) is running a Free Flu Shot Clinic which starts at 10:30 a.m. Registration isn't required, and it's open to adults 18+ but with supplies limited, you may want to get there early.

4. There is an empty space on Central street in Wellesley, between Mini Luxe & Boloco, which Wellesley College students will be reacting to from about 1:30 p.m. today. The program is Drawing Collaboration in Wellesley Square, run by the Wellesley Community Art Project.

5. You like being in the know, right? (Obviously, that's why you're here). We want to help. If you have not already, you can sign up for a daily or weekly Patch Newsletter, as well as following us on Facebook and Twitter
