5 Things You Need to Know: Feb. 8

As Winter Storm Nemo hits, a frosty Five Things you Need to Know.

1. Snow, in case you hadn't heard. The National Weather Service is expecting 1 to 3 inches of snow during the day, and 14 to 20 overnight. A 100 percent chance of precipitation with highs between 34ºF and 20ºF. As cancelations and closings come in, you can keep an eye on Patch's Storm Center for more information.

2. Keep your cell phone charged. If you lose power, you can catch up with Patch on be sure to our mobile Apps for your smartphone or tablet. Alternately, 'like' Needham Patch on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.

3. Schools are closed today, and all Needham government buildings will close at 4 p.m. today through the weekend. As we hear about other businesses and buildings, we will update our Closings piece and post on the site.
