Kelly Farrell Salem Joins Hammond Residential Chestnut Hill Office

Chestnut Hill, MA – September 26, 2013 – Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office, is pleased to announce that agent Kelly Farrell Salem has affiliated with Hammond and joined the team of Matt and Merle Associates. In her new position, Farrell Salem will draw on her real estate knowledge to represent buyers and sellers from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office, which also serves as the company’s Headquarters.

Born and raised in West Newton and the daughter of a retired Newton firefighter, Farrell Salem spent many years living in Boston in the Waterfront, Back Bay and Charlestown neighborhoods before moving back to West Newton Hill with her husband in 2010 to raise their three children. Farrell Salem serves as a long-term mentor for the American Stroke Association’s “Train to End Stroke” program, the Clemson University Alumni Association, and she is a member of the Charles River Country Club, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Farrell Salem started her real estate career in 2004, and for over five years was part of the original sales and marketing team for The Residences at Battery Wharf, a multi-use complex on the Waterfront in Boston featuring residential, hotel and retail space. Farrell Salem has a long history of establishing successful and productive long-term relationships with her clients as a result of her attention to detail, intelligence, friendly demeanor, and commitment to customer service. As a Hammond agent, she looks forward to helping her clients find the perfect home to fit their needs.
