JOHN “JAKE” AKOURY OF DANVERS, MA APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

The Bulfinch Group is pleased to announce that John “Jake” Akoury, CFP®, MBA, CLTC, AAMS, an experienced financial services representative with a lengthy career in the investment and insurance sector, has been appointed as Director of Training for The Bulfinch Group. In this role, Mr. Akoury is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s extensive training program, including the creation and introduction of training curriculum incorporating cutting edge technology and industry-leading practices. In addition, Mr. Akoury is responsible for ensuring that all training and development programs meet the firm’s certification and compliance requirements.  Headquartered in Needham, MA with offices throughout New England, The Bulfinch Group is a financial services firm helping individuals, families and businesses build and preserve wealth.

Mr. Akoury is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting/Taxation with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning from Fordham University.  Additionally, he was awarded his Certified in Long Term Care and Accredited Asset Management Specialist designations.  Mr. Akoury resides in Danvers, Massachusetts, with his wife and two daughters.
