Needham, Mass. January 17, 2014 — The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Needham would like to thank the entire community for supporting The Home for Little Wanderers’ annual Big Wishes Gift Drive during this holiday season. As a result of the community’s generosity, a moving truck filled with hundreds of donated toys and other gifts was delivered to The Home for Little Wanderers’ designated toy room in Chestnut Hill.

The affiliated sales associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage encouraged neighbors throughout the community to drop off new, unwrapped toys at the local Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Needham. The toys were collected and delivered to the toy room in December in a moving truck donated by Olympia Moving & Storage.

“We are so grateful to our neighbors who donated toys and other gifts. Their generosity ensured that the children and youth served by The Home had gifts of their own to open during the holiday season,” said Bill Dermody, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Needham.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to partner with The Home every holiday season. Additional support for the gift drive was provided with a $1,000 donation to The Home’s 5th Annual Gingerbread House Decorating Competition and a $2,500 donation through ‘6 for 60’, a program in which Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage donated a gift card for every touchdown scored by the Boston College Eagles during the football season. The donations were made through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable foundation of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.
