Needham Realtor Honored

Daryl Cohan, longtime Needham resident and real estate agent, was recently awarded the 2013 Silver Award for Total Commissions Earned by Keller Williams Realty in Chestnut Hill.

As an award winning realtor for the past 12 years, Daryl brings a strong level of passion and commitment to her clients. With strong ties in the western suburbs of Boston, Daryl concentrates her business in the Newton and Needham markets. 

Daryl has long been recognized as an exceptional real estate agent winning frequent awards for sales production. Daryl believes in forming a team for a successful transaction. This team includes the agent, the client and resources that the realtor has worked with in the past including attorneys, home inspectors and mortgage brokers and tradespeople.

When working with buyers, Daryl is known to listen carefully to the specific wants, needs and desires before suggesting homes which may meet their search criteria. Much of Daryl’s business is based on referrals from past clients who have often times become friends. Daryl’s particular strengths are first time buyers, families and empty nesters. Daryl also has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.
