Items for A Chair To Remember Auction On Display Today

You can get a piece of "Chair to Remember II" at auction this weekend.

If you have been walking around town the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed the Adirondack chairs. In the last few days, you may have seen some of them disappearing.

The chairs have been moseying (with help) to Needham Town Hall for the auction. Starting tonight until Saturday, the various Chairs to Remember will be on display at the Needham Town Hall.

See Patch's A Chair to Remember II Gallery here.

This leads up to the auction at the end of the week, Saturday evening at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. Tickets for the auction are available for $20 at the following locations: Taylor’s Stationery, Perennial Designs, Closet Exchange, Black Sheep, The Grey Goose, and The Center Café.

For folks who can't wait until Saturday night's auction, the event has a Bidding for Good auction page which is now live

Last year, when the Needham Merchants Association auctioned off their "Chair(s) to Remember," proceeds went to to raise funds for scholarships and town beautification projects.
