This week, we asked Rosalind Fisher, marketing director of Avery Crossings, to tell us a little bit about the independent/assisted living facility.
Q: When and how did Avery Crossings get started?
A: Avery Crossings occupies the former Carter Factory. The building was renovated and converted into an assisted living residence approximately 15 years ago.
Q: Why was Needham chosen to open Avery Crossings?
A: The presence of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in town makes Needham a desirable and convenient location for allied health services. Needham Heights is also a great location because shops, restaurants and the post office are only a short walk away.
Q: What is Avery Crossings best known for?
A: Avery Crossings has a reputation for providing quality services. We have a seasoned and long tenured staff in addition to great food. In a recent satisfaction survey all our residents and families rated Avery Crossings good or excellent.

A: Assisted and Independent Living
Q: What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?
