A: Avery Crossings occupies the former Carter Factory. The building was renovated and converted into an assisted living residence approximately 15 years ago.

A: The presence of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in town makes Needham a desirable and convenient location for allied health services. Needham Heights is also a great location because shops, restaurants and the post office are only a short walk away.

A: Avery Crossings has a reputation for providing quality services. We have a seasoned and long tenured staff in addition to great food. In a recent satisfaction survey all our residents and families rated Avery Crossings good or excellent.
